• Bachelor degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering with minimum 2 years experiences in Contracts area, 3 years experiences in Supply Chain area and in construction management.
• Knowledge of Quality Audit Procedure – ISO 9000 and ISO 9001:2000

2. Resident Site Engineer - Toll Roads (Ref. 761382)

• Degree preferably in an Engineering or Project Management discipline.

• 20 years+ working exposure to construction.

• Experience in leading a large civil construction site team.

• Extensive experience in civil planning, scheduling, project management, estimating, budgeting and client relations.

• Degree in Engineering – preferable Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years experience in the same area as Planning/Scheduling Engineer.

• Bachelor s degree preferably Mechanical Engineering.

• Procurement experience is also desirable.
• Candidate should have an understanding on current project costing, construction regulation, workplace health & safety regulations, quality assurance, industrial relations, and construction costs and processes.
• The incumbent should also shows specific knowledge of site man hour productivity rates and equipment utilisation, excellent communication external & internal, commitment to team work, computer literacy including advance level in CATS & Microsoft Office, especially MS Project or equivalent and industrial software such as AutoCAD would be desirable.
